When are the events?
Currently we are a recurring tent at Alive in Roswell, the third thursday of each month April through October. The event is from 5-9pm. To see the full list of dates, please check out the Alive in Roswell site https://aliveinroswell.com/. On your participation date, please arrive by 430pm. Tear down will be promptly at 9pm.
Where is the tent?
For Alive in Roswell we are in the antique lot in downtown Roswell off Canton St. Our tent is spot #10. Look for the aqua NTBOM banner and our tent!
NTBOM will bring…
We providing the tent, tables, table covers, and setup materials. I've got some basic stands, trays and shelves to display your items. We are also providing signs that your enterpreneur will put their first name or business name on. Your kiddo is also going to be getting some sweet swag to show off their participation!
When we are closer to the event we'll send you an image to share that your maker is getting featured at NTBOM. Please share on social!
YOU bring…
Please bring your product, ready to go. We recommend 20-50 items. Lower priced items tend to sell more, so if your items are under $10, bring 40-50. Food MUST be individually packaged and sealed prior to the event. It is not necessary to write prices on anything - your kid will be staying with their product and can communicate the prices. Your prices will be determined by you and your kiddo. We will not be marking up prices or taking a profit. 🙂
Please send your kid with water, snacks, and cash to make change. Extra stock should be in a box so we can store under tables or behind the tent and used to replenish. Please limit extra items to one box that can be stored under the table due to space constraints.
PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT:
QR CODE + CASH - please email us the QR code for your Venmo account. This is required. Your child will not need a device to sell their products, we will be printing out the QR codes and have them displayed for each display. To find your code, please open the Venmo app, click on the 'scan' button on bottom left, then at the top click 'venmo me' to show the QR code. Screenshot that and send it back to me. I'll include it in your display so your kid can get paid. Customers can also pay cash (please send your kiddo with some smaller bills to make change).
TSHIRT SIZE - send me your enterpreneur's t-shirt size. Due to backordered stock, I only have youth sized shirts from XS to XL.
VOLUNTEER - As part of your commitment to your kids participating in the event, our expectation is for adults to volunteer to help with setup (430pm) and with tear down (9pm).
DONATE - We are asking for a $30 donation from each participant's caregiver to help cover the cost of display materials and kid swag. This donation is voluntary, and not required for participation. If finances are an issue please reach out so we can find a solution! All young enterpreneurs are welcome regardless of finances! If able to donate please send $30 via venmo to @beri-irving.
